Title: lg.he.net: Connection refused via IPv6

Hi,

After lg.he.net address changed it is not possible to connect using IPv6

$ telnet lg.he.net 80
Trying 2001:470:0:20b::2...
telnet: connect to address 2001:470:0:20b::2: Connection refused
Trying 64.71.140.34...
Connected to lg.he.net.


but lg.he.net host is reachable via IPv6

$ ping6 lg.he.net
PING lg.he.net(2001:470:0:20b::2) 56 data bytes

It won't even connect over IPv4 for me

That would have been my fault.  I've now confirmed that the looking glass functions on both v4 and v6.
