Hi!
Not sure if this forum is the correct place for this, but I just noticed today that all irc are unreachable
I tried with ssl port (6697) and default port (6667) in more irc networks but is unreachable with ipv6.
for example:
telnet irc.ipv6.freenode.net 6697
Trying 2001:6b0:e:2018::172...
but
telnet ipv6.google.com 80
Trying 2a00:1450:400c:c02::69...
Connected to ipv6.google.com.
Escape character is '^]'
That's intentional - see http://www.tunnelbroker.net/forums/index.php?topic=2081.0
IRC networks are blocked by default due to IRC abuse. You can re-enable IRC access if you're a Sage.
Hi,
thanx for your reply, i can not see the tunnel options..
could you tell me where I can find them and an IRC unblock?
thx in adv
I thought the post said that was only for new tunnels and would not be applied to existing ones?
It is only for new tunnels. Note, this does also mean new tunnels for existing accounts.
Sorry but i can not see the tunnel options..
could you tell me where I can find them and an IRC unblock pls?
thx

You need to be a Sage to get that option, are you a Sage?

Nope, doesn't look like you are a Sage. Go get Sage, then you can unblock IRC.
Also, looking at your account, you had a tunnel that would have been unfiltered, but deleted it in June. Not sure why you are asking about tunnels and IRC now, since I don't see any tunnels under your account at all and you deleting a tunnel in June was the last thing you did with your account:

Unless you are using another account and posting under this one?
Yes Broquea :)
the tunnel is not mine but that of my colleague.
Thanks again
Bye!
