Title: E-mail cert not working?
Post by: Cybje on February 05, 2009, 10:34:41 AM
I can't get the email part of the certification to work. I receive the email, but the code is not accepted: This code does not match the code on record.

Both typing the code and copy/paste are not working.

The source of the email is:

Please insert the following code into the website at http://ipv6.he.net/certification:
imqweunepv

I hope someone can help me, because a higher certification level would be nice :D

Looks like and extra code had gotten generated, and has been removed.
Please retest.
In the future email ipv6@he.net for problems since this requires an administrator to resolve, and won't from general forum Q&A.

Thanks, works now :)

I will send an email next time ... but I thought, maybe someone else has this problem too.
