Any idea why I'm seeing ~5-10% packet loss to the Chicago tunnel server?

1) email ipv6@he.net when you have problems. it opens one of those magical things called a "trouble ticket" so they can look into the problem, rather than hope an admin peeks at the forums.
2) any v4 loss to the tserv itself? might be under attack.
