I have use your ipv6 network, that's good.  but I have not fixed ipv4 address.

I very hope get ipv4 fixed ip address. Do you offer it ?   ;)

I'm not HE, but I suspect they offer it ONLY to their colocation customers.

maybe the IP Transit service offer ipv4 ip?    If a cheaper price I am willing to try. :)
