Hi,
So, I set up my Hurricane Electric tunnel yesterday.
Attempts to connect to 2600:3c00::f03c:91ff:fe70:7e65 (paralysis.tx.us.darkmyst.org) so far results in time-outs. Same for gaia.sorcery.net and all other Sorcery.net servers.

However, when I connect to my own known IPv6 IRC server, I get this:

Public IPv6 test results indicate I am detected as running IPv6 properly. I am also able to SSH to servers that're enabled with IPv6.
So basically, some things are working, some are not. Specifically those IRC servers that have IPv6. I've tried connecting on 6667, 6697, etc. No joy for those IRC servers. What gives?
Edit: From IPv6test.google.com:

Yes, looks like you're using IPv6 already.

What gives, is that IRC and SMTP are filtered for abuse. If you want them unlocked, you complete Sage level of the IPv6 Certification Program, then request that those services be unfiltered by emailing ipv6@he.net
Ahhhhh... that makes sense. Especially given that when one gets assigned a /64, it's very, very easy to abuse.
Gotcha! I'll get to that ASAP. Thank you very much!
All set on that certification. Achieved it a couple days ago, though the longest part of the process was waiting for Namecheap to understand what I was talking about.
I eventually had to transfer my domain's DNS delegation to HE in order to complete the AAAA nameserver step, as I did not have my own IPv6 DNS infra yet.
Also sent in an e-mail. How long should I wait before pinging again?
