While using a DNS checker: Glue Check
FAIL: Found differences between information provided by your authoritative name servers and glue provided by the parent
name servers: •ns4.he.net. @parent=[2001:470:500::2] @ns=[2001:470:400::2]
The glue provided by the parent name servers has to match the data provided by the authoritative name servers.

Although the error is "harmless" in that it accidentally points those looking up ns4 via IPv6 to the ns5 server, it's still wrong.
