Hi,
My Windows 7 computer connected to the tunnel via a CPE. My native Windows 7 OS works perfectly with ipv6, but the Windows XP virtual machine cannot works with ipv6. The Windows XP virtual machine can get a proper global address, but cannot go to ipv6 only websites or "telnet aaaa.test-ipv6.com 79". Any ideas?
Thanks!
CPE?
I assume you've selected the "bridging" option for the adapter for the XP host?
What does your routing table and "ipconfig /all" look like?
The CPE is my home wireless router.
Yes, the adapter is in bridged mode.
Below is the ipconfig/all for your reference:-

Everything looks ok there...what do your routing tables look like? (netstat -nr)
What version of VirtualBox are you running? 3.2.8?
I had Windows7 installed as a guest and it worked fine with IPv6 (didn't even have IPv4 enabled), so I wonder if it's an XP issue? If I get the chance, I'll fire up a VM and see if it works for me
EDIT:
I just fired up a XP VM and had no problems connecting to http://ipv6.he.net via IPv6.
my vBox version is a bit old (3.1.4), will try to upgrade to 3.2.8 and let you know the results.
Thanks for you help!
upgraded the VirtualBox to 3.2.8 but still no luck!
below are the is the netstat -nr infos:-

Well, assuming that's the correct IPv6 address (out of your routed /48 or /64) then that looks ok.
It's strange though that there's nothing mentioned in your routing tables for IPv6 though. Are you sure you just didn't cut it off?
Have you tried uninstalling, rebooting, then re-installing IPv6?
I seeing the same issue, I recently posted the following to the VB forum:
http://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=33923
It seems there was an issue some time ago. I am running VB3.2.8 on a Mac mini running Vista, 7, RH, FreeBSD each not able to ping over IPv6. Seems to be a VB issue.
