Title: PPTP | IPv6 Tunnels, What is HE's policy regarding DMCA notices?
Post by: mryanbrown on September 08, 2010, 08:07:25 PM
Does HE forward the notice via mail to our mailing address as listed under our account information page or do they forward it to the ISP who owns the IP address using the service?

We forward to the email associated with the broker account, and then terminate the account after non-response.

Expecting some?

I'm expecting none. There will be no p2p ports open. But it still has the potential to be used maliciously. I can always do my best to keep it secure, and use blacklists to keep troublesome people out. But it's still good to know if it's possible to even do, and how to handle it in the eventuality.
