Post by: schemadyn on November 27, 2010, 12:55:47 AM
We have our website hosted in IIS 7 and Windows 2008 Server with IPv4, how can we make the site available to IPv6 requests like ipv6.mysite.com. Thank you in advance for your kind support.

1.  Establish IPv6 connectivity (HE tunnel or whatever)
2.  Configure IIS to use IPv6
3.  Create a AAAA record for ipv6.mysite.com
4.  ???
5.  Profit.

haha I like it Jim.

IIS is configured to use ipv6 by default so unless youve actively diabled it, it should just work.  if you have disabled it, just do the opposite to enable it
