We don't have a POP in that area, so we can't (we only deploy inside our backbone, not on other people's networks).
If we ever do, then it could be a possibility.

With Los Angeles now operational, you have a choice:  California or Texas.  You'll have to determine which works better for you.

Additional:  I noted yesterday after visiting here that "sixxs.net" announced a tunnel point-of-presence in Phoenix, Arizona (and 3 other locations in the western U.S.).
