Title: My tunnel endpoint down?
Post by: mistik on March 15, 2011, 02:05:35 AM
Hi

I have two tunnels from HE (one being ID 53853). My endpoint, 216.66.80.90 (tserv24.sto1.ipv6.he.net), seems down because both tunnels are currently down. How can I further troubleshoot this? The endpoint is reachable with IPv4 ping though.

Rgds

Hi, please check http://www.tunnelbroker.net/status.php (http://www.tunnelbroker.net/status.php).
I also have my endpoint in the Stockholm-PoP, and it's definitely down, and so says the status-page :)

Ah thanks, looked for such a page but didn't find it. Didn't look hard enough I guess.

If someone from HE is looking at this thread, please include that info on /main.php or at least on /tunnel_detail.php..

It already is...on the right side it says "quick links" and under that is a "tunnel server status" link

I meant that it could be visible along with the other info on /tunnel_detail.php. For example under Server IPv4 address it could tell if it was up or down.

But I guess this is a rare situaton with the endpoint being down..
