I have try use FMT1 server tracert to chinadigitaltimes.net. but it is seem he.net network can't connect chinadigitaltimes.net ipv6 address.
How I do fix it?

Tell Dreamhost to look at and fix their peering? While they are listed as having a v6 session with HE, using the looking-glass or route-server, there is no route for their /32. Also tell them to maybe stop with the de-agg of their /32 into a few specific /48s and not have an anchor for their entire /32.
