Indeed, and once stuff with the broker hardware for that location is finalized, it might even magically have a broker PoP there! :o
Also there are other things on the plate ATM, so now that most of the peering is set up down there, we will move forward with turning up the PoP, rather than jumping the gun like I did with Toronto :(
