I have just managed to use an OpenVPN TAP bridge to tunnel the IPv6 connection from my VPS to my PC. Here is the write up. This is quite useful for the places where router won't route the 6in4 packets properly. The client also require lesser configuration.

I did try to dig around the web to find similar solution before I start, but none of them worked properly. Maybe I am just too stupid.
