So my page says that I passed the explorer test and there is a "done" button, but clicking on it does nothing. Under additional tests it says there are none available at this level. Still shows Newbie. What am I missing?

What URL is that button pointing at?
Could it be that the page uses some javascript which is incompatible with your browser? (It's been a while since I went through the certification, I don't recall if it used javascript.)
It could also be that the URL is pointing at an IPv6 only URL, and you are unable to reach that URL.
It is of course also possible that there is a problem with the certification site. If you think the problem is with the certification site, you should send an email to he.net.
