Try send email via IPv6 to google via own email server. Can't connect to MX's.
Checking it gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com:

Try check himself, all tested ports opened, only 25 is closed.
How diagnose where is problem.
FreeBSD a just clear installed from ISO at VMWare.
No Firewall.
Can say other HOSTs with work IPv6 25 port for test?
