Hi
I would use a tunnel broker but my wan ip adress 197.28.8.249 it shows IP is not ICMP pingable. Please make sure ICMP is not blocked. If you are blocking ICMP, please allow 66.220.2.74 through your firewall.
I have not any firewall or antivirus in my computer
and i can ping the tunnel end-point
please can you help me

Any chance your ISP is blocking ICMP?

Orange 3G mobile provider IP space? Yeah probably filtering ICMP.
