Title: did my /48 get taken back?
Post by: xdaxdb on May 05, 2013, 08:49:07 AM
I created a tunnel a couple years ago through HE and had a /48 assigned but then did not use it for a long time. My hosting company now has native v6 so I was wondering if I can use my old HE /48. But when I logged into my account just now I don't see the /48 listed anywhere in my account info. Has it been reclaimed possibly ? Does that happen?

Inactive tunnels do get deleted. I haven't seen any postings spell out the exact criteria used to decide when a tunnel is deleted.

It has been at least two years since I used it. So it probably was deleted. Thanks.
