Title: Email Address Change Required

Over six weeks ago (on April 14th), I emailed ipv6@he.net requiring an email address change.  I followed up on May 5th with an email to info@he.net.  As of yet, I have not received a response to either email.  It is my hope that someone on this board can help me.

We can't do anything for you regarding this.  Did you get a confirmation email back from them saying they received your email?

I did not receive any replies of any kind to either of my emails, even if only for confirmation of receipt.

So you never got the automated reply that provides your ticket #? Then they never got/processed your email. Try sending again.
