Just thought I'd publicly thank the HE team.
I started the certification earlier this year but was waiting for a domain to become free before I went past the enthusiast stage. Spent the summer reading up on stuff until "ipv6 glue" was turning my brain to mush. Anyway, once I'd got my domain I was able to finish the process pretty quick. I still had one problem with the glue but one email to HE and Sage was turned on ( within a couple of hours) .
So, Thanks to all the team and to Kelly who dealt with my query and turned Sage on at a time when most people should be in bed :-)
