They get sent out in batches. Please be patient.
You missed the previous batch run (Oct 3) by a few days. Batches are normally run every month or so.
International shipping also adds a bit of time to the actual shipping time. So if things hold to usual timings, if you haven't seen it by 2014, then it probably got lost in transport.

The list was generated a week or so ago. Add in time for the holidays, and processing, etc., etc. Expect anywhere up to about 8 weeks, depending on exactly where you are. International shipping can take a surprising amount of time.
8 weeks is long time :-).
I agree 8 weeks is a long time, but once it's out of our hands and in shipping channels, it's out of our control. International post is... yeah.
