Title: Tunnel interface transmitting but not receiving
Post by: Schiffwood on June 09, 2014, 12:35:43 AM
Hi people

I have run into a problem.

My tunnel transmits but I get no replies back.
It was working for years before this happened, any ideas what could be causing it and how to fix it?

My v4 address hasn't changed
I have deleted and recreated the tunnel (same v6 addresses)

I will check my belkin router to see if it passes proto 41
I will try the tunnel on another machine

I hope it is not the router since the modem/rouer supplied from my ISP is flaky to say the least.

Thanks

Just some ideas that popped into my head (you said you've had a tunnel for a while, but I'm just going to list them to be thorough)

1) You used your public IP address instead of your NAT email address when setting up the tunnel
2) ISP is blocking proto41
3) IP is incorrect on your HE tunnel page
4) Wrong MTU

I'm sure there's more, but that's all I could think of off-hand
