Title: Is there anyplace estimated time to repair is posted?
Post by: sdgathman on June 19, 2014, 08:00:11 AM
Tserv13 has been down for a while.  The status board shows it down, so presumably it is being or will be worked on.  Obviously, I can't complain about a free service, but it would be helpful to know if we are talking about hours or days.  I could establish a few more private tunnels between nodes (in Miami, Fairfax, and St Louis) if it was going to be down for a while.

That is why you email ipv6@he.net to open a troubleticket and get an answer to your question.

I thought ipv6@he.net was only for new problems.  Does it want to be nagged with "is it up yet?" questions?

Just got a reply back from support that it's back up.  My tunnel to Tserv13 is working again.  Hurray!
