So I went through the Certification process and passed the Sage level (waiting for my T-shirt ;)). I then went to the tunnelbroker and choose to unblock IRC on my tunnel under the advanced options. I still seem to be blocked though.
Is there some sort of delay between choosing the unblock option and it actually being unblocked? Perhaps this process is not automated and has to go through the process of notifying an HE admin of the request who then unblocks or something like that?
