Hi,
I am unable to figure out whether I need to use the Free DNS service or whether I can just use the existing tunnelbroker infrastructure to retrieve my IPv4 client address via DNS.
In my tunnel details I can see:
IPv6 Tunnel Endpoints
Server IPv4 Address:216.66.80.30
Server IPv6 Address:2001:470:1f0a:[omitted]
Client IPv4 Address:77.[omitted]
Client IPv6 Address:2001:470:1f0a:[omitted]
This corresponds to:
Server IPv4: tserv1.fra1.he.net.
Server IPv6: [omitted]-1.tunnel.tserv6.fra1.ipv6.he.net.
Client IPv4: ???????
Client IPv6: [omitted]-1-pt.tunnel.tserv6.fra1.ipv6.he.net.
Is there a predefined hostname I can use to look up the Client IPv4 address?
Thanks in advance!
We don't publish your side's IPv4 address in any records.
You can either setup a hostname in the FreeDNS service, or use one of the tunnel information APIs to retrieve your IPv4 address. (https://forums.he.net/index.php?topic=3109.0)

From a privacy and security perspective, I really appreciate that. Thank you!
