Title: I can only got public ip 111.113.x.x,it's IP is blocked. (dns abuse),help....

my isp give the older is 111.112.x.x ,HE IPv6 Tunnel Broker is work fine,but now,isp only give ip like 111.113.x.x, these IP is blocked. (dns abuse),HE or anyone can help me?
