Title: No reply from ipv6@he.net
Post by: jinxjim on August 30, 2017, 08:55:56 PM
I had a SIXXS tunnel for over 5 years and I ran my own domain on a bunch of Raspberry Pi's. I got my Sage certificated using my servers in my domain using my DNS, webserver and MTAs,  but as SIXXS closed and I opened a tunnel with he.net

For about 2 months I have been requesting to open port 25 through emails to ipv6@he.net, however, I don't get any replies. I even tried different  'mail from' addresses in case my emails were blocked as spam (even though I am using the same email as in my account).

I know this is a free service, but it is frustrating to be told to write to an address and not receive any replies.

Is this email address still active?

If you never got an automated reply with a ticket #, then we never got your email.
The email address works fine.

That said: SAGE verified, IRC/SMTP enabled for the account. To remove the filters on your tunnel, log into the broker and remove them there on the Advanced tab under your tunnel's details.

Anyway, It is all sorted now

Many thanks
