Title: Cannot ping past IPv6 gateway
Post by: vimerate on April 29, 2018, 06:10:20 PM
I've setup my tunnel according to the instructions under the "Example Configurations" on my tunnel page and I can't ping any websites. I can ping the tunnel server IPv6 address, which should mean my tunnel is setup correctly, right? I also input the band-aid for Linux thinking that might apply to me. I'm running Fedora 27 as a server and I set FirewallD to accept Protocol 41 packets coming from the internet.  :'(

Just to make sure we're on the same page, you mean you can ping the HE side of the tunnel, right?

What happens if you disable your firewall for testing, do things work then?

Is your MTU value correct?

Yes, I meant to say that. I temporarily disabled FirewallD and everything works! Which means that something with FirewallD must be causing the problem. I also set my MTU to 1480.
