Title: BGP Tunnel Prefixes (No auth on file)
Post by: shirakun on February 14, 2019, 10:52:21 PM
Hi
I found a problem when I added Prefixes to BGP tunnels
I added multiple Prefixes
All Prefixes have almost the same Route6 and inet6num
After adding, I noticed that several Prefixes were displayed as (No auth on file)
I send loa applications through e-mail like ipv6@he.net for review
But I didn't get any reply.
What shall I do?

First item of note: if you have valid IRR route objects for your ASN for the prefix, they should be added to the filter immediately when you submit them to the system.  With more and more networks shifting to strict IRR filtering, you should really have those in place to ensure visibility.

Aside from that, make sure you're replying to the email you were sent in regards to the prefix issue(s).  We will also want to see relevant IRR records existing at that time.

Hello,
I have the same problem:
"Status: Pending" and Prefix with "No auth on file"
How log does it normaly take to setup BGP after sending the LOA and can I check if something is wrong with my IRR?
If you need some more information, please PM me.

There haven't been any followups to your ticket for your tunnel. So if you emailed us, it either hasn't been delivered, or got caught by greylisting. You should try replying again.

No emails from you into our system. I've mailed out to you via the ticket for your BGP tunnel.
