Title: Lost two-factor authentication information

I have not used my account and ipv6 tunnel for a long time.
Now I wanted to set up the tunnel on my router again but had to realize that I lost my two-factor authentication (including the backup codes).
As far as I know it is not possible to reset the access.
Can I get my access (and tunnel) deleted, so I can set it up  again (with the same name and email address)?
