Title: AS35366 packet loss

KleyReX seems to have massive infrastructure problems for a couple of weeks now. Massive packet loss (over 50%), somewhere when changing from 100ge11-1.core1.fra2.he.net over to as35366.tenos.kleyrex.net. Can/should HE review their peering with AS35366 and maybe halt it until they fix their issues?
