hi i wonder if there is any guideline that you should follow when setting up
a tunnelbroker, and btw i got a dynamic ip and i wonder if there is any
help on setting up a tunnel with dynamic ip.

Do you mean a tunnel, or setting up an actual broker?

Also dynamic IPs aren't a problem, they just have to respond to our ICMP and get updated in our system when they change.
