Title: Google Ipv6 programs
Post by: cholzhauer on February 05, 2010, 11:47:33 AM
I'm using HE's name servers to get IPv6 google addresses.  For the past week or so, I've had problems connecting to Google (especially gmail) between 2:00pm and 3:00pm est.  All other IPv4/IPv6 traffic works fine; just seems to be a problem with Google.

Has anyone else seen this problem?

Google this week turned up IPv6 to YouTube, maybe they're seeing some instability from the change.

I've noticed that they seem to have one lame server in the IPv6.google.com rotation, but I'm not sure.

Just to update...lately I haven't seen any problems at all.  Google searches over IPv6 are as fast as they are over IPv4 (used to be a noticeable difference) and the downtime that I used to see between 2 and 3 is gone.
