I created a second account with a new unique email address to have a second tunnel. It's melbeckmanlab, but never get the pw email, even though I've requested a re-send three times. I've monitored my mail server in-queues and the message never gets to my server, so I think it's being blocked enroute or your outbound is stuck. Can anyone at he.net help?

Try re-emailing the password again, everything should be working now. That or I can clear out that second account and you can recreate it.
