We are looking to compile a list of firewall/CPE devices that by default (With no major changes except maybe a firmware update) support IPv6 over IPv4 tunnels. (Protocol 41 tunneling).

If you are passing your tunnel over a commercial firewall to terminate on a machine behind it, then please let us know what version hardware and firmware you are having success with.

So far we have tested in house:

# Linksys WRT54G firmware 4.21.2
# Linksys WRT54GL firmware 4.30.7 & 4.30.11
# D-Link DGL-4100 firmware 1.6 & 1.7

All of which work.

This forum provides a mechanism by which tunnelbroker.net users can bring issues and feature requests to the attention of the tunnelbroker.net staff. This is not a job board or an advertising forum. Actually none of our forum threads are for advertising, let alone advertising without any mention of IPv6.

If you are reporting an issue with tunnelbroker.net please do so via email at ipv6@he.net as this address is monitored by the Hurricane Electric ticketing system and will result in a much faster response time.

If you are reporting a routing issue, please provide traceroute6 outputs, preferably in both directions.  We are working with as many networks as possible to help eliminate any long paths or sub optimal routing from the network, and your assistance and patience with this is appreciated.  Our ability to get these things fixed is directly related to the quality of your reports.

As always we reserve the right to remove, or move any topics that don't match the intended purpose of the forum.
