I have my domain: shantanu.me and my other server pointed by: new.shantanu.me, which I'm enabling IPv6 on.
The details are:

Domain Name: shantanu.me (Not IPv6 enabled)
Testing Server: new.shantanu.me (IPv6 works, passed the Pro Level)
Nameservers: ns1.shantanu.me, ns2.shantanu.me
Nameserver for test server: new.shantanu.me (IE itself only)
Registrar: GoDaddy

I also have entries in host summary as:
ns1 - 173.0.54.138
ns2 - 173.0.54.139
new - 217.114.62.197 and 2a02:21a8:2:3b::cd8d:e653

But I'm still failing at Sage test. What am I doing wrong ?

Hello
Your problem is that new.shantanu.me does not answer dns requests on ipv6, thius the tests fail, check your dbs config.

SERVER address is not IPv6....

Ok I see that I wasn't quite as clear as I needed to be. You hav got part one done, that is you havw published ns records the point to a host wit both a an aaaa records, and the host has ipv6 connectivity.
Now you need to tell the dns server software to listen on ipv6. I cant' give you specific instructions because you did not mention what dns server you are using. I hope this has pointed you in the right direction ,if not please post again
