Problems with ipv6 tunnel

Hi there, i've some error regarding the ipv6 tunneling... i used ubuntu 10.04

here is my /etc/network/interfaces:
auto he-ipv6
iface he-ipv6 inet6 v4tunnel
        endpoint 216.218.221.42
        address 2001:470:35:270::2
        netmask 64
        local 202.47.88.76
        gateway 2001:470:35:270::1
        ttl 255

and try to tunnel with some errors:
#ip tunnel add he-ipv6 mode sit remote 216.218.221.42 local 202.47.88.76 ttl 255
   ioctl: no buffer space available
#ip link set he-ipv6 up
   RTNETLINK answers: File exists
#ip addr add 2001:470:35:270::2/64 dev he-ipv6
#ip route add :0 dev he-ipv6
   Error: an inet prefix is expected rather than ":0".
#ip -f inet6 addr
