You can check this from the output of  show ipv6 route which will give you the IPv6 roting table.

The default administrative distance of static route should be 1. You should see that in the routing table. You can set the AD between 1 and 254. Routing protocols will also have their default ADs (EIGRP=90, OSPF=110, RIP=120...). A directly connected net shows zero.

I assume it's the numbers in the square brackets? eg, [0/0]. The null route appears to have the same values as the static routes in that case....
