I have 2 tunnels into HE's POP in MIA.  I can communicate fine between them but no one external can reach me and I can't reach many places outside. Any help would be appreciated....

This doesn't sound like a problem that can be resolved through the forum. Did you try to create a ticket on ipv6@he.net?

As far as I can tell gmail still doesn't support IPv6.

Gmail does ipv6 externally as long as you use the google whitelisting service through HE

You mean the webinterface? A webmail system isn't very useful without SMTP support. If you want to claim an email system supports IPv6, I think being able to send and receive emails over IPv6 is pretty important. And I think the statement "But gmail can reach me" would refer to SMTP, I certainly don't see how that statement could be meaningful if it was talking about HTTP.

Sorry, I meant gmail could not reach me.

Thanks for all your inputs I'll open a ticket.
