That is one weird network. You are lucky to get the tunnel working at all. Why has that ISP not started deploying native IPv6? Their network could be so much cleaner with IPv6.

Probably because there was a stale interface not removed completely. Which is why I recommended opening a ticket by emailing them and having them take a look. But glad it is working again!
