Can't get transfer to work

I'm trying to transfer my IPv6 tunnel using the claim code feature, but every time I log into the control panel the claim code just says "No code available." I figured you might have to enter the IPv4 endpoint for your tunnel on the Create Regular Tunnel page to get a claim code but when I tried to do this it just says "That IPv4 endpoint is already in use." So at this time it looks like I am completely unable to transfer my tunnel to my new account. Any help on this would be appreciated!
