How to unblock SMTP for Tunnel?

I have Sage level and I alredy contacted ipv6@he.net a couple of times the last couple of month to unblcok port 25. But no answer I got from HE.
Is there any other way to contact HE support or is there any other magic trick?

Regards
Tobias

If you weren't getting automatic ticket system replies, then your emails weren't making it through.

Anyways, verified that you are Sage and enabled SMTP filter removal. Log into your account, and under your tunnels' details on the advanced tab, should be an unblock button.

Yes, you are right. I did not got any automatic reply.
But strange. I tried at least from two different mail accounts using two different mail servers.

Thanks a lot.
The button I found. Now I need to set-up the system and check if it is working.

How long does it takes after pressing the button till the filter is removed?
Using the Nmap port scan tool on HE page I still get for port 25 the result "filtered"

Starting Nmap 7.01 ( https://nmap.org ) at 2019-06-17 06:37 PDT
Nmap scan report for 2001:xxxx:xxxx:xxxx::xxxx
Host is up (0.13s latency).
Not shown: 993 filtered ports
PORT     STATE  SERVICE
25/tcp   closed smtp
6666/tcp closed irc
6667/tcp closed irc
6668/tcp closed irc
6669/tcp closed irc
7000/tcp closed afs3-fileserver
9999/tcp closed abyss

Nmap done: 1 IP address (1 host up) scanned in 16.62 seconds

Generally under a minute. Looking at your tunnels, the SMTP filter was removed and is not in place.

Thank you.
The failure was on my side. After knowing that the tunnel is OK it was easy to find the configuratrion mistake on my system.
Problem is solved.
