Just a note, but the Windows questions in the Enthusiast Technical Test are somewhat misleading. There is indeed the ping6 and tracert6 commands, or the standard IPv4 commands can be used with the -6 option.
Trick questions on a test? That never happens! ;D Open book tests are hard!

I thought it funny that I had traceroute6 installed on my 10.10 workstation but no traceroute. Then again I generally use MTR, so still haven't installed it ;D

Well, with the Slackware distribution of Linux, 64-bit version 13.1, there's no separate IPv6 program. With version 10.2 (32-bit only), there was. All I can say is that for some distributions, there is only one traceroute program now.
i assume youve tried swtching computers and seeing if the problem follows your acct or the computer? my first reaction is that your computer has a ipv6 address, but your tunnel isnt working. that would create a long delay while the connection timed out and fell back to ipv4
No, I'm not running IPv6 on this box.
