I can't log in anymore into the www.tunnelbroker.net. Certification login works, and the tunnelbroker website does not reject the credentials either. The website just refreshes upon login, with no error message.

Did you try without www? I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but I think it is worth trying. Did you try another browser without your usual cookies? I'm also wondering if there could be any javascript issues (I don't remember if the login uses javascript.)
Now it works again.
