Where can I buy or get a public ASN and IPv6 space to use with the BGP service?
It should of course be Swedish IP space.

I do not meet the requirements to request directly from RIPE.
I asked the once and they referred me to their LIR list. Which basically is 99% only providers who provide services (like internet service, hosting service and such) and no raw IP space.
So I wonder here if there is a LIR that provides Swedish IPv6 ASNs to private persons. Of course in such a way so I can use them with He.net BGP tunnel.
