Title: IRC Filtering on regular tunnels

As a regular user of IRC services I would like to be able to access those via IPv6 as well, but it appears to be blocked. I found an old thread stating that sage certification would allow me to unblock IRC but this did not enable that option. Is it still possible to gain IRC access over HE tunnels?

You have to email ipv6@he.net with your account info if you are a Sage, to get access enabled to the filter removal buttons.

After that, you have to log in and actually push the button.
