Hello,
I deleted a BGP tunnel and then created a new one (Tunnel ID: 566278).
The status has been pending for a week.
I sent an email to support asking for the information to be provided, but no response to date.
Could someone of support help me to unblock the situation?

I've replied to your ticket generated. I haven't seen any replies or emails come in regarding this tunnel.

I am in a similiar situation :( My BGP tunnel with id 568364 remains in state PENDING since 20th Jan.
Maybe you can also check my state?

I've seen this and replied back to your ticket with your tunnel's status.
