is there a chance for getting a free tunnel with the tunnel-server in Düsseldorf or Berlin ? Thanks!

Yes, you just have to register a free account and then create a new tunnel through the web interface with your desired location.

Problem is that the desired location isn't available when creating a new tunnel, but the location is listed on the front page.

I think the point is that it is listed on https://tunnelbroker.net/ when you are not logged in:

Düsseldorf is a BGP-only tunnel server at this time.
