I created a tunnel at the website, then I did as it was told in the instruction to do at the site,
So when I went back to the site to get second level certificate it says

Now what to do?
As we replied to your trouble ticket, just running the commands to create the tunnel on your side, doesn't mean that you aren't behind something that blocks protocol 41.
